Whether you are staying in one of our sun or ski resorts the check in time on the day of your arrival is from 3pm and check out time on the day of departure is at 10am, unless stipulated otherwise in your confirmation.
However, GMs can stay at the resort if their flight is later in the day, and some resorts also offer breakfast and lunch on this day. Feel free to ask our GOs at the resort to see what we can do to make your departure easier.
Yes, ski pass is included in your all-inclusive package price! Collect your ski pass at the reception desk upon arrival.
In our Asia ski resorts, your ski pass is valid from the day after arrival to the day of departure. For example, if you arrive on Tuesday and depart on Saturday, ski pass is included from Wednesday until Saturday.
The Club Med "All-Inclusive" packages includes:
- Accommodations: designer rooms and suites immersing you in local culture.
- Free Wifi: in all rooms
- Transfers: if your flights are booked with Club Med.
- Activities: dozens of different sports available and free access to sports facilities. Some activities are also available at your resorts for a small supplement. Please ask the GOs at your resort for the full list of activities, sports and excursions available at your resort at the time of your stay. you can get an idea of our different sports and activities here.
- Childcare: included for children and teenagers from 4 years old. For children under 4 years old, childcare is optional at extra cost.
- Food and drinks including gourmet meals in our different restaurants, snacks and drinks (except champagnes, VSOP and XO alcohols, bottles of alcohol, and some premium brands that are at extra cost)
- Other services are "a la carte" / at extra cost (eg, private tennis lessons, golf outside of resort, spa packages...)
- Live entertainment: live music, evening shows and more.
In addition for ski holidays:
- Ski lift passes: applicable from the day after arrival till day of departure (for Asian ski resorts)
- Group lessons: by professional instructors for all level types (sign up in resort)

All of the information related to your Club Med holiday (booking, electronic flight ticket, transportation etc.) is sent to you via email in the form of a sales contract once you have made the booking. In the event of a change in any information related to your travel documents, a new document will be sent to you.
If your booking includes flights, please have the documents with you when travelling, and present it at check-in, along with your valid travel documents (passport or identity card depending on the destination) so that the airline can issue your boarding pass.
