Excellent service piscine/bar/bbq avec mention spéciale pour Yeison très observateur !
Conciergerie hyper réactive, c’est agréable !
Ludivine et son équipe est aux petits soins pour tout le monde.
Belle énergie des GO en général, Romain et Mathieu très présents du matin au soir !
Nous reviendrons!
Ps: hâte de découvrir le nouveau cœur du village dès cet hiver!

Par contre un chef de village complètement invisible par contre Romain que j’ai surnommé Mr Polyvalent est super présent dynamique sympathique et compétent on devrait le nommer chef de village car c’est lui qui fait le boulot un bonus aussi pour lui
Un manque de transparence quant aux travaux de la part de la direction générale du club est regrettable ceux-ci n ont cependant pas gâché notre séjour il faut trouver les endroits pour échappé au bruit qu ils occasionnent

4/5 • 1/04/2025Our 2nd Club Med experience. We stayed at the Mariposa building which is a close walking distance to Hispaniola restaurant. Pro's of our stay: Beach was nice. Always something to do. Played pickle ball, archery and baci ball. Tried sailing. AC in rooms worked very well. Lots of food choices to select. Most of the staff is very nice. Cons of our stay: main building and spa were getting renovated. In evening the hallway when walked out of room was pitch dark cause the lights were not turned on - they need to install a timer. The liquid soap and shampoo bottles were fitted with a device that made it almost impossible to use. Luckily we brought our own soap an shampoo. The cost of sun screens at the shop was ridiculous!! Recommend to bring a few bottles/ cans of sun screen with you.

My family of 5 went for a wedding weekend and it was an amazing experience! The day of the wedding was perfect - the ceremony overlooked the ocean… Cocktail hour was held outside, it was very special. The reception itself was beautifully decorated, food, and drinks were delicious! Meaghan made sure Everything was perfect, she did a wonderful job!

Mosquitos can transmit certain viral or parasitic diseases, so the use of tropical mosquito repellents for the skin and clothing is recommended.
Risk of malaria only in certain remote zones, far from the Resort, along the Haïtian border. The risk concerns the most dangerous form of malaria (falciparum, so serious prevention is necessary (chemoprophylaxis and mosquito repellents).
A nurse is present on site.
Passport valid 6 moths aftern return date + Tourist Card required. The Tourist Card can be obtained at the Dominican Consulates or directly upon arrival at the airports in the Dominican Republic. The cost is US $10 and is valid for 30 days.
