Cefalù Italy

We had a wonderful stay at CLUB MED in Cefalu. From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the setting and the exceptional view the club offered. We were immediately greeted by several GOs, including Tomasso, who quickly put us at ease. Thanks also to Emanuel, Juliette, Jade, Nick, Nathan, Fabiola, Rafael and Quentin for their good humor and professionalism. Thanks again to the whole team!

This is a fabulous club med in a great location. The staff were exceptional. One of our party has serious food allergies and the GO Andrea in charge of the restaurant area took great care to bring us at every meal to the head chef in the restaurant and we did a tour of what foods were ok. The food was delicious at every meal, lots of choice.
The tennis coach Karine was very encouraging and made a special effort with all at the lessons.
The sea is crystal clear with options to go in from steps off the deck area. The main pool is heated and lively. The zen pool is tranquil.
The rooms were very comfortable and the village well laid out.
We had a wonderful week. Thanks to all the staff. Would love to return and soon!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The place itself was beautiful—well-maintained, clean, and located in a peaceful area. The ambiance immediately made us feel relaxed and welcomed. One of the highlights of our experience was the friendliness of the people. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed.

The room was spotless and very comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. Room service was prompt and efficient, and they always delivered with a smile. It’s not often that you find such a great balance between quality service and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere.

We also made good use of the sports facilities, which were in excellent condition. Whether you’re into working out or just want to stay active during your stay, you’ll find everything you need.

A special thanks goes to Tommaso and Pablo, who went above and beyond to make our visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible. They were always around when we had questions and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They’re truly good people who care about their guests. We couldn’t be more grateful and would definitely come back again!

Had a great time here—staff were friendly, professional, and everything was kept to a high standard. The food variety was excellent, and the entertainment was fantastic. Big thanks to Jo, Manu, and Tomasso for the amazing service and even better company—they really made the visit special!
