Turkoise Turks and Caicos

Great experience! Maude greeted us with waves and a smile upon arrival. The circus team was patient and got me to successfully complete the introductory skill. Nathan, Loic, Rafeal and all the sailing team were great! While conditions didn’t allow sailing, they provided dry lessons and made me feel welcome. Andie, Elson and the rest of the bar staff were attentive & friendly. Alex and the culinary staff helped me coordinate a birthday cake surprise for my wife. Thanks to the entire team for a great week!

My name is Danielle and my friends and I just returned from a trip to club med turkoise and I just wanted to say how remarkable the GO team was, and how memorable they made our experience. I wanted to especially shout out the circus team, Morgan, Mason, Jake, Jacob, and Elyse because they were so amazing and friendly and really made our experience at club med so enjoyable. My friends and I also came to club med with a lot of food restrictions and our trip really wouldn’t be possible if it weren’t for Hector and how accommodating he and his staff were. They made sure that all of our culinary needs were met, and were really gracious about all of our requirements. I would definitely recommend this club med to anyone interested!!

My boyfriend and I went for a week between December and January, and I still feel like it wasn't enough! Our trip included New Year's Eve which was one of the most fun experiences. Club Med does a wonderful job of making everyone feel so included and everything so fun. The location speaks for itself given it's one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, but club med and the staff make the experience that much more special. The hotel itself is a little older, so the rooms feel a little dated, HOWEVER there is so much to do you are barely in your room. They also maintain the property very well its very clean and always well kept. Housekeeping comes every day and are very responsive to whatever you need. The night life is a BLAST! My favorite part of the resort is you can be as involved or not involved as you want in the night life. Whether you want to sit on the sidelines and hang out or join on the dance floor you feel like you can do whatever. The food is incredible, the activities are abundant, and the staff is welcoming. What more could you ask for on a vacation.

With that I do want to make a few special shoutouts to staff who made our experience one of a kind:

Sailing Team: We tried sailing for the first time and had a BLAST. We ended up taking a lesson we loved it so much. Will and Erik were great teachers. We also had the pleasure of hanging out with Will, Erik and Nathan in the evening and they were nothing short of entertaining.

Trapeze: Morgan and Mason are two amazing people. They really contributed to our time in Turks. Our vacation would not have been the same without them. Although, we were unable to try the trapeze itself this time around, Morgan and Mason were two pivotal people who went out of their way to make our time special. They hung out with us almost every night, we always looked forward to seeing them! Jake is not only incredible on the trapeze but also so friendly and kind. We had the pleasure of getting to know him and he is an amazing person.

Excursions: Natacha in excursions is one of the most genuine, lovely people we have ever met. Our first day there we wandered into her office with so many questions, and she was delighted to help us (although most of the questions werent even about excursions). The rest of the vacation she remembered us and was always excited to see us! She even made it a point to know when we were leaving and walked us out to say goodbye. "No pain in life only champagne!"

Bar: A few bartenders who were not only amazing at making a drink but always super friendly and welcoming: Molly, Andie, Alex, and Natalia

Wine Cellar: Both woman working in the wine cellar were super helpful and very knowledgeable! They were friendly and suggested some delicious wines.

Housekeeping: Suzy was amazing! Anything we needed she was eager to help and was always so friendly. She made sure we were always stocked with water, towels whatever we needed, she is the best!

Overall, if you are thinking of going to ClubMed Turks and Caicos... GO!!! you will not regret it!
