4/5 • 1/04/2025Wonderful weather, people and service, I can't thank enough Kelly and Romaine and the reception for their kindness and helpful service and professionalism. The bartending staff was the best with Molly, Michael, Valerie, Mia and Andie serving up drinks and always with a smile. i can't help saying that the sailing team with Nathan and Loic is unbeatable with their help and knowledge. I'll be back again

5/5 • 1/04/2025Had so much fun! Shoutout to Jake from the circus team for being such a great teacher during open trapeze! The food is so amazing; love the vegan options <3. I miss the vegan Sharkies burger with fries, and I appreciate the late hours! All the staff is super welcoming and kind.

Wow - Amazing week!
5/5 • 1/04/2025We had an amazing time at Club Med Turkoise in March 2025. While the rooms are not luxious, they are very confortable and we had the best sleep.
The team is great in creating the best ambiance for the guests. Between the dancing and circus shows, the karaoke night, the tennis lessons with Maxime, the sailing experience with Raphaël and the yoga classes with Edith and the guest teachers, the week went by toooo fast!
We had the chance to have dinner with some members of the team, Nicolas and Marie, who had the best stories. The wine cellar supervisor, Virginie, was amazing in providing some recommandations. She knows her products so well, has a lot of knowledge about wines, rhums and other interesting subjects and has a talent to guess our preferences. Such a good idea to have this (optional) addition for dinner time!
The beach and water are perfect. It is possible to walk to town to visit other restaurants, boutiques and coffee shows. I cannot recommend this place more.

The resort, rooms, bars and sports activities and equipments are OK
Meals and shows should be improved.
Edith (yoga) and Michelle (gym) are excellent GOs.
Rafael (sailing supervisor) cannot be a GO. He is rude and unprofessional.

I have a medical health condition and my special thank you is for Mr. Caro, Chef from the kitchen, who day to day took care of my diet with so much kindness and dedication.
My congratulations for all the staff of Club Med Turkoise Turks & Caicos, who made our stay pleasant and fun! We enjoyed it a lot!
