The highlight of our wonderful 5 day stay was the beautiful friendly staff and the wide range of activities. You could do as much or as little as you wished.
The beach was lovely and safe and the food was fantastic too.
The evening entertainment did not disappoint - a different show every evening.
Our favourite evenings were the meals under the stars with dinner entertainment followed by dancing on the beach and even fireworks!
The whole resort had a fun friendly vibe. Thanks to Tom who gave excellent instruction and support at the trapeze, beautiful happy Mimi who encouraged me to dance, Lucky and Devi who served amazing drinks at the bar, Love, the beautiful yoga instructor, and Julien who was such a warm host and clearly paid attention to every detail, overseeing an impressive crew.
We have had a fabulous relaxing break and plan to return. Highly recommend ! "

5/5 • 22/05/2025Our stay at Club Med Bintan was defined by an abundance of activities and being surrounded by great people. The activities at the resort are fun and absolutely worth participating in. I attended the tennis lessons taught by Bian. Not only is Bian a great teacher, but he is an fantastic person to hang with. Come to think of it, everyone at the resort was a delight to talk to. Richard, Chase, Brad, Kyle, Rita and Shae were other standout employees who made our stay worthwhile. Putra was also always at the ready to keep our room tidy everytime we left for the day. I highly recommend Club Med for anyone who is looking for a great all-inclusive resort experience at Bintan.

Thank you to Richard, Ling, Bian, Aki, Harry, Rere, Ado, Azizul, Rey, Leo, Matthew, Keven, Zul, Lia, Sandy, Lina, Anne, Carol, Ritchie, Lucky, Mitch, Juju, and all the amazing G.Os we may have missed mentioning. Your energy, warmth, and dedication made our stay truly unforgettable.
Special thanks to Vian for keeping our room clean and cozy throughout our stay — we really appreciated it!
This time around, we brought our extended family with us, and to be honest, we were a little worried they might not enjoy it as much as we do. But thanks to all of you, they had an amazing time — and we’re so happy to see them fall in love with the Club Med experience just like we did!
Since our very first Club Med experience, we’ve always looked forward to aqua fit, sun dances, and the night performances — you never fail to amaze and entertain. And of course, the crazy, full-of-life after parties that made each night so memorable — especially for Jessica, who absolutely loved them!
Thanks for the great company at mealtimes and the chit-chat sessions after the after parties, whether playing pool or just enjoying a drink together.
We’re also incredibly thankful to Chef Ong for remembering us from before his time in France and for the thoughtful seafood surprise and birthday cake for Brad — it meant a lot.
Big shoutout to Bian for being an awesome tennis coach — you definitely tired us out, but it was so worth it!
And to Aki and the circus team, thank you for cheering me on during my first-ever trapeze experience — an absolute must-try!

Great Company at Club Med Bintan
5/5 • 20/05/2025Bian was a great coach for tennis during my trip to Club Med Bintan. Not only is he a great coach but also great company. During our trip, he would have dinner with my family and we would share stories. Sadly on the last day of my trip it rained in the morning making it impossible to for tennis lessons however Bian said 'it's ok!' and we went to play Padel Tennis for nearly an hour. Thanks for all the feedback from playing tennis with you to improve my game!

I remember Chef when I first met him in 2023 and was shocked to find him back at Bintan after spending some time in France. He really made my birthday a memorable one

Amazing Holiday!
5/5 • 17/05/2025An amazing holiday, great weather, all the staff were amazing, great entertainment at night and amazing food.
Sentha was so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the resort. Then there was yayuk and nur at the restaurant who was so nice as well.

Mosquitos can transmit certain viral or parastic diseases, so the use of tropical mosquito repellents for the skin and clothing is recommended.
Risk of the most dangerous form of malaria (falciparum) means that serious prevention is necessary (chemoprophylaxis and mosquito repellents). This risk concerns rural areas only, not coastal or urban areas.
As a preventive measure against bird flu, you are advised not to visit bird markets and zoos.
