The highlight of our wonderful 5 day stay was the beautiful friendly staff and the wide range of activities. You could do as much or as little as you wished.
The beach was lovely and safe and the food was fantastic too.
The evening entertainment did not disappoint - a different show every evening.
Our favourite evenings were the meals under the stars with dinner entertainment followed by dancing on the beach and even fireworks!
The whole resort had a fun friendly vibe. Thanks to Tom who gave excellent instruction and support at the trapeze, beautiful happy Mimi who encouraged me to dance, Lucky and Devi who served amazing drinks at the bar, Love, the beautiful yoga instructor, and Julien who was such a warm host and clearly paid attention to every detail, overseeing an impressive crew.
We have had a fabulous relaxing break and plan to return. Highly recommend ! "

Excellent for families who like activities but NOT during the monsoon season
4/5 • 3/04/2025Great resort with many family activities. Unexpected monsoon season in March dampened our experience. Although this was not the fault of the resort, they should have ensured that it was convenient to get to the guest rooms without needing umbrellas

5/5 • 3/04/2025It's been a while since the last time I was so impressed by the services rendered from the resort. First, I appreciate all the quality services and friendly bonding from our GO, Mandy, a lively and cheerful Chinese lady who shows the true spirit of serving clients while treating them like friend. She has accompanied us throughout the trip, whenever we need her, immediate attention would be given despite her packed schedule and high volume of customer, kudos again!
In terms of food quality, the buffet breakfast/lunch/dinner they served had changed our perception on mass-prepared food in a hotel. We were totally spoilt with their offers and no joke, personally I like 80% of what they had because I've tried them all. We barely have time to take picture of all the food stall and corner but we just enjoy all those eating moment. Each restaurant has its own unique ambience for the diners and they're all doing excellent.
Drink wise, what can I comment? I just drank all the way I could, without breaking myself. Just one note, I was a little bit upset with the milkshake as it doesn't seem to be the actual milkshake I'd expect. Still, I was quickly recovered by other alcohol mixes they offer, be it in the daylight or under the moon.
Overall it's a fun-filled trip for us to relax and recharge before heading back to busy life. Definitely will explore more Club Med around the world.

There was an abundance of food and activities, along with great performance shows.
However, some of the buildings seemed to be poorly maintained, with some facilities in dire need of repairs or replacement.

5/5 • 31/03/2025高校生の娘と小学生の息子を連れて3人で行きました！シンガポール観光3日した後クラブメッド入り。フェリーで1時間弱とすぐに着きました。日本人スタッフも複数いて細かなことまで丁寧に教えてくれますし、外国人スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで、マリンスポーツやテニスやクライミング、水中エクササイズや夜の素晴らしいショーとパーティーであっという間の3泊でした。子供は「今度はクラブメッドだけで1週間行きたい！またジュリアン(総支配人)に会いたい！」と喜んでいました。春休みの旅行にとってもお勧めです！

Traveling with Clubmed is the best!
5/5 • 30/03/2025After Bali Clubmed last year, we decided to visit bintan. This is a private calm destination for a family trip. The resort is half size of the Bali one but everything is near by our room. The first night we met the GO from Bali (Harry) and he recommended me to take aerial yoga next day. Sandy is also from Taiwan, not only she wont push me for the postures that’s too difficult for me but she’ll also help everyone taking pictures. Except Sandy, Lin is also from Taiwan, her face is everywhere in the apps lol. We also met the sommelier Shae from Bali, and of course she recommended us very good options of wines and get us nice seats in the garden and pool dinner.
We must thank petit club-staying 10 days and being able to enjoy our holidays. Rere is so charming and energetic, and Kimi took very good care of my little one, drawing his favorite sea animals with him. And the rest of you (Syasya, Ploy, Hayley, Lina, Ananda, Angel, Sandra, Zan, Garfield, Danial,Finn)
And special thanks to the GM Julian who discreetly make birds sound to our little one, Lucky who made amazing cocktails for us.
