Delivering what we love about Club Med a little further from home.
5/5 • 26/04/2025We went for a relaxing break after travelling and we were happy with our choice. Having stayed in Club Med in France and Italy previously we had high expectations and Lake Paradise was perfect. We were there over Easter which was busy with families and then into the quieter time when we virtually had the pools to ourselves. The buffet meals were plentiful, the whole place spotlessly clean, there were plenty of activities on offer. Our lack of Portuguese did hold us a back a little (which is of course our fault not theirs) but there was usually someone around with enough English or Spanish to get us through. We give a special shout out to Melanie from Guest Relations who took time out to make sure everything was as it should be and to Jeremie the top man who always went out of his way to speak to us. Overall we had a good stay and would recommend the trip for anyone in the area looking for a break.

4/5 • 23/03/2025This ClubMed is an excellent all-inclusive resort, perfectly located at a beautiful lake. The food is good, and the accommodations are fantastic. My family (wife, 7-year-old, and 5-year-old) and I attended a wedding and had an amazing weekend.
One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by Bruno Oliveira (GO), who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. From showing the place around to explaining all the schedule. Our kids just loved playing with him and “can’t wait to play with uncle Bruninho again”. We are certain that our stay wouldn't have been the same without his support.
The only suggestion I have for the hotel is to improve their ant control program, as in some areas, specifically outdoor (grassy fields), we could see some ant nests.
