Lake Paradise Brazil

This ClubMed is an excellent all-inclusive resort, perfectly located at a beautiful lake. The food is good, and the accommodations are fantastic. My family (wife, 7-year-old, and 5-year-old) and I attended a wedding and had an amazing weekend.

One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by Bruno Oliveira (GO), who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. From showing the place around to explaining all the schedule. Our kids just loved playing with him and “can’t wait to play with uncle Bruninho again”. We are certain that our stay wouldn't have been the same without his support.

The only suggestion I have for the hotel is to improve their ant control program, as in some areas, specifically outdoor (grassy fields), we could see some ant nests.

The GOs at this club med were amazing and welcoming during our whole trip. Especially Melanie working in Guest Relations was amazing!! She made sure we were having fun the whole time and communicates well with all the guests.

This club med is amazing and I would definitely go again!

We went with our 10 and 13 year old kids. The place is very nice with a great lake and landscapes. Multiple activities were available even with bad weather. The GOs were kind and very friendly. They always were there to help and try to make us expend a great time. Special thanks to Bruno and Pequena but all of them were warm and very nice.

Dawn and I came there for her god sons wedding. Matheus was one of the first to talk to us and he was fantastic, he helped us out as we did not speak Portuguese. We talked with him many times throughout the week and he made our trip a little more exciting.
The whole staff was very friendly and out going. The food service was amazing and I believe I tried pretty much everything through out the week.
It was our first time staying at an all inclusive, at a club med and will do it again in the future.

Of all 9 Club Med-villages I have visited likely the most enthousiastic and friendly GO-team ever and lots of sport oppotunities. A special word of thanks I want to express to: Yoran, for the power walk on the first day and showing me the village and golf course. Bruno, for his nice chats and positive vibe. Wallace and his Venezuelan girlfriend, who shortly will start their European adventure in Chamonix. Victor, for organising a beautiful excursion to São Paulo for me, translating where ever necessary and performing a great theater show. Professor Tony for the valuable golf lessons (really fun!) and the 9-holes in the afternoons and last but not least Matheus for the nice conversations and café com lette in the mornings. As he is fluent in english and has the ambition to work in other Club Med-villages around the world, I would strongly recommend him to be appointed elsewhere when the occasion arises! He will be an excellent barman and team player anywhere. The Brazilianen GO-and GE-team have made an unforgettable experience for me! A heartfelt abraço from Holanda and kind regards, Ron.🇧🇷😉
