Program schedule
🌱 Biodiversity Discovery
Combined with hiking, the kids will observe and identify various plants around the lush nature surrounding our Kiroro Grand resort.
Through collecting specimens, participating in fun quizzes and group activities, children can systematically learn the characteristics of major plant groups and cultivate scientific observation, investigation skills and environmental awareness.
🌳 Forest Orienteering
Learn practical skills to recognise basic directions and how to determine it with natural phenomenas such as the position of the sun, sunlight shadows or plant growth characteristics.
This program not only improves students' geographic orientation, but also hones their observation, logical thinking, and survival skills in different environments, helping them to develop independent problem-solving skills and a sense of safety in outdoor adventures.
🌲 Life Cycle of a Tree
Through a variety of teaching methodologies, such as role- playing and interactive games, children can unravel the life history of a tree, from seed germination to its growth, and then to its annual rings to record the environmental changes.
This program encourages participants to develop emotional connection with nature, exercise their observation ability, and develop their awareness of environmental protection.
🏕️ Wilderness Survival
An interactive activity to increase awareness and understanding of the key skills for outdoor survival, participants will pick up practical skills such as making water filtration systems, learning basic first-aid bandaging skills, and identify edible and inedible plants in the wild.
A series of fun quizzes and games will see an increased knowledge of survival skills and safety awareness when in outdoor situations.
🧭 Limited Edition Wappen Badges
Participants in the Nature Quest program will receive a special graphic wappen. This wappen can be attached to the provided vest during the activities and kept as a treasured souvenir afterward. It symbolizes your adventure and will help you recall your special memories in nature anytime!

🔄Upcycled Keyring Workshop
Did you know that plastic bottle caps often aren't recycled? Now, you can create your own unique keyring using upcycled plastic! In this fun workshop, you’ll witness plastic destined for waste being transformed into a cool keyring. It’s a great opportunity to learn about environmental conservation and reflect on the importance of sustainable travel.
※ Limited to maximum of 4 trinkets per keyring. The Nature Quest stamp that is awarded upon completion of each Nature Quest activity will need to be shown by guests in order to attend this workshop. Each guest will need to collect and bring 4 bottle caps from their rooms, to be recycled into the trinket(s).
