Tomamu Hokkaido Japan

Our 2nd time back at CM Tomamu! Always a delightful experience here. Everything from the service to the food! They definitely have the best food quality and taste compared to the other CM :D

We went as a family of 5 where there were 3 young kids, it’s our first club med experience as well as ski experience ever. Really thankful for the mini club med, my husband and I were able to go for our ski lessons with a peace of mind. Our instructor Villads was fantastic, he was very patient and clear with his teachings which really helped beginners like us understand easily. It’s a pity that we didn’t stay longer as we would have love to continue our classes with him to learn more.
Everything else of club med is really good, the room is huge and clean. The buffet spread changes daily and I appreciate the efforts everyone involved in the daily night shows. The view of the outdoor onsen is beautiful.
Everyone is so friendly in the resort and we love the infectious positive energy of Logan Lee.
What could be improved is the laundry rooms, the resort need more laundry rooms, more washing machines and dryers.

We hope to be back soon at the Club Med Tomamu!

I went with my daughter to help her improve her skiing and decided to take lessons myself as a beginner. Chris D was an amazing instructor- very comprehensive, great humor and always complimenting the group. I really enjoyed skiing with him and want to come back again! Thanks Chris D!

Great atmosphere everyday with tons of exciting activities & lovely staffs (G.O.). Mini Club with ski group lessons really help my kids with their improved ski techniques. Mini Club also a life saver with our kids during lunch and snacks when my wife and I were skiing and can’t get back to the hotel in time to pick them up. Love the shows!

Worth mentioning a few very helpful G.O. who helps us during our stay.
Miyu -> friendly reception manager who assists with anything you requested
Ken -> resourceful Thai receptionist with all the answers
Grace, Arri, Mai, Wadee, Nikkie -> our very own Thai G.O. Who helps to take good care of our 3 girls during their time in Mini Club. Greatly appreciate their support and assistance.
David -> great support in getting our ski gears.
Alex, Chris (older one) -> top ski instructor there is
Maggie -> friendly G.O. Whom we miss a chance to have dinner together
Logan -> super charged GM who never seems to lose his smile

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with our ski instructor, Chris D, at Club Med Hokkaido. From the very first lesson, Chris was professional, encouraging, and incredibly knowledgeable.

What really stood out was how quickly we progressed — his teaching style was clear, patient, and perfectly tailored to our ability levels. He made learning both fun and confidence-building, and we were amazed at how much we improved in such a short time.

We couldn’t have asked for a better instructor and would highly recommend Chris D to anyone wanting to learn or improve their skiing. Thank you, Chris, for making our time on the slopes such a highlight of our trip!
